摘 要:基于接触起电和静电感应的耦合原理,本文创新性地设计并制作了一种利用磁场驱动的合页接触式摩擦纳米发电机(MDH-TENG),实现了对合页开合过程产生电荷的直接提取。通过深入的理论分析和有限元模拟,搭建了实验平台并得出以下发现:MDH-TENG的输出电压与电极尺寸大小和接触压力成正比,与电极厚度成反比;MDH-TENG输出的电能经整流电路处理后,可实现对电容的快速充电,仅需89 s即可将47μF的电容充至4.4 V。经过电压衰减电路处理后,MDH-TENG的输出电压可供单片机采集,结合滤波算法与定时器功能,可实现风速的准确测量。该设计为能量收集和自驱动传感领域开辟了新的可能性,展示了其在智能传感时代的巨大潜力。Based on the coupling principle of contact electrification and electrostatic induction,this paper innovatively designs and fabricates a magnetic driven hinge structure triboelectric nanogenerator(MDH-TENG),enabling the direct extraction of charges generated during the opening and closing of the hinge.Through in-depth theoretical analysis and finite element simulation,an experimental platform is established,leading to the following findings:the output voltage of the MDH-TENG is proportional to the electrode size and contact pressure,and inversely proportional to the electrode thickness.After rectifier circuit processing,the electrical energy output by the MDH-TENG can rapidly charge a capacitor,taking only 89 seconds to charge a 47μF capacitor to 4.4 V.Following voltage attenuation processing,the output voltage of the MDH-TENG can be collected by a microcontroller.Combined with filtering algorithms and timer functions,this enables accurate wind speed measurement.This design opens new possibilities in the fields of energy harvesting and self-powered sensing,demonstrating significant potential in the era of smart sensing.
