摘　　要：冲动攻击行为是精神障碍患者在症状支配下突然出现的伤人、毁物、自伤、自杀等行为,危害性极大。分析精神障碍患者冲动攻击行为影响因素及采取必要可行的应对措施对精神障碍患者的治疗、康复意义重大。本文就目前精神障碍患者冲动攻击行为影响因素及应对措施研究进行综述,为降低或减少精神障碍患者冲动攻击行为导致的伤害带来些许借鉴。Impulsive aggressive behavior is a kind of behavior that people with mental disorders suddenly appear under the control of symptoms,such as wounding,destroying things,self-injury,and suicide,which is very harmful.It is of great significance for the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with mental disorders to analyze the influencing factors of impulsive aggressive behavior and take necessary and feasible countermeasures.In this study,the influencing factors and countermeasures of impulsive aggressive behavior in patients with mental disorders are reviewed,and some references are brought to reduce or minimize the harm caused by impulsive aggressive behavior in patients with mental disorders.
