摘 要:AMR角度传感器是非常稳定可靠的高精度磁场传感器,能够准确检测高达50kr/min的速度,其低成本、小体积等优势可以作为现代新能源汽车永磁同步电机旋变传感器的一种替代方案。磁编码器由安装在电机转子轴上的磁体和磁场传感器组成,传感器提供正弦和余弦模拟输出,输出经过放大和数字化处理,通过跟踪旋转轴的速度和位置来提供闭环反馈信号。文章主要探讨AMR角度传感器的特性和安装配置要求,匹配磁体的选择和安装要求,并配合无传感器检测技术在车载永磁同步电机中的应用实现。AMR Angle sensor is a very stable and reliable high-precision magnetic field sensor,which can accurately detect the speed of up to 50kr/min.Its advantages such as low cost and small size can be used as an alternative to the rotation sensor of permanent magnet synchronous motor in modern new energy vehicles.The magnetic encoder consists of a magnet mounted on the rotor shaft of the motor and a magnetic field sensor that provides sine and cosine analog outputs that are amplified and digitized to provide closed-loop feedback signals by tracking the speed and position of the rotating shaft.This paper mainly discusses the characteristics and installation requirements of AMR Angle sensor,the selection and installation requirements of matching magnets,and the application of sensorless detection technology in vehicle permanent magnet synchronous motor.
