摘 要:修井隔水管系统是修井作业的关键装备,修井隔水管系统紧急解脱后的反冲过程极易发生事故。为解决修井隔水管系统反冲控制问题,降低反冲过程中发生风险的可能,基于模糊控制理论提出了一种修井隔水管系统反冲控制方法。基于液压动力学建立了分体式张紧系统模型,采用集中质量法将修井隔水管柱离散成弹簧-质量-阻尼单元,建立了修井隔水管系统动力学模型。根据模糊控制理论并结合修井隔水管系统反冲控制规律,设计了模糊控制器,采用Matlab/Simulink开发修井隔水管系统仿真模型并进行仿真计算。研究结果表明,模糊控制能较好地实现修井隔水管系统反冲过程控制,相比于无控制器和PID控制,模糊控制下的反冲过程修井隔水管系统的轴向位移波峰值更低,波谷值更高,所设计的模糊控制器在不同张力比和平台运动幅值下具有较好的适应性。Workover riser system is a key equipment in workover operation,and accident may occurs during the recoil process after emergency disconnect of it.In order to solve the recoil control problem of workover riser system and reduce the risk in the recoil process,a method of recoil control of workover riser system based on fuzzy control theory was proposed.A split tensioning system model was built based on hydraulic dynamics.The lumped mass method was used to discrete the workover riser into spring-mass-damping units and build a dynamic model of workover riser system.A fuzzy controller was designed based on the fuzzy control theory and the recoil control law of the workover riser system.A simulation model of the workover riser system was developed using Matlab/Simulink,and relevant simulation calculation was carried out.The results show that fuzzy control can better achieve recoil process control of the workover riser system.Compared with the non-controller and PID control,the peak value of axial displacement of the workover riser system in the recoil process under fuzzy control is lower,and the valley value is higher.The designed fuzzy controller has good adaptability under different tension ratios and platform motion amplitudes.
