摘　　要：随着信息技术的迅速发展和互联网的普及,我国经济结构正在经历深刻的转型,数字经济成为推动经济增长的新引擎。在这一时代背景下,新的就业形态不断涌现,其与传统就业模式相比,展现出更加灵活和多样的特点。本文分析了当前我国数字经济与灵活就业的发展现状,并基于我国2017—2022年的时间序列数据,构建了向量自回归模型,并且结合实证分析与脉冲响应图来探讨数字经济对灵活就业的影响效应。研究结果表明:在考虑了GDP增速与消费者信心指数等控制变量后,数字经济对灵活就业有显著的促进作用。With the rapid development of information technology and the widespread adoption of the Internet,China’s economic structure is undergoing a profound transformation.The digital economy has emerged as a new engine driving economic growth.Against this backdrop,new forms of employment are emerging,displaying more flexible and diverse characteristics compared to traditional employment models.This paper analyzes the current development of the digital economy and flexible employment in China.Based on time-series data from 2017 to 2022,a vector autoregression(VAR)model is constructed.Empirical analysis and impulse response plots are utilized to explore the impact of the digital economy on flexible employment.The findings indicate that,after control variables such as GDP growth rate and consumer confidence index are taken into account,the digital economy significantly promotes flexible employment.
