摘 要:试验旨在研究饲粮添加不同水平广藿香精油(PEO)对昆明鼠生长性能、肠道屏障通透性和抗氧化功能的影响。选用36只21日龄体重相近的雄性昆明鼠,随机分为3组,分别饲喂基础饲粮(AIN-93G)(对照组)、基础饲粮+200 mg/kg PEO(ME组)、基础饲粮+400 mg/kg PEO(HE组),每组6个重复,每个重复2只鼠。预试期3 d,正式试验期28 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,ME组昆明鼠平均日增重(ADG)和末重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,ME组昆明鼠小肠绒毛高度(VH)和绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值(V/C)显著提高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,ME组和HE组昆明鼠小肠组织二胺氧化酶(DAO)、D-乳酸(D-LAC)和髓过氧化物(MPO)水平均显著降低(P<0.05),小肠组织黏蛋白(Mucin1)、闭锁小带蛋白-1(ZO-1)、封闭蛋白(Occludin)、紧密连接蛋白-1(Claudin-1)mRNA相对表达量显著提高(P<0.05)。此外,ME组昆明鼠肠道黏膜跨膜电阻(TER)得到显著改善(P<0.05),FITC标记葡聚糖(FD4)通透性显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,ME组和HE组昆明鼠血清中肠道屏障标识物DAO、D-LAC和MPO水平均显著降低(P<0.05),血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)水平显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,PEO能够提高昆明鼠的生长性能,改善肠道屏障功能和抗氧化能力,且PEO添加量为200 mg/kg时效果最佳。The experiment aimed to study the effects of different levels of patchouli essential oil(PEO)added to the diet on the growth performance,intestinal barrier permeability,and antioxidant capacity of Kunming mice.Thirty-six male Kunming mice of similar weight at 21 days of age were randomly divided into three groups,fed with a basic diet(AIN-93G)(control group),a basic diet+200 mg/kg PEO(ME group),and a basic diet+400 mg/kg PEO(HE group),with six replicates per group and two mice per replicate.The preliminary trial lasted for three days,and the formal experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily weight gain(ADG)and final body weight of the Kunming mice in the ME group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the villus height(VH)and the ratio of villus height to crypt depth(V/C)of the small intestine in the Kunming mice in the ME group were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of diamine oxidase(DAO),D-lactic acid(D-LAC),and myeloperoxidase(MPO)in the small intestine tissue of the Kunming mice in both the ME and HE groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),while the relative expression levels of mucin(Mucin1),tight junction protein-1(ZO-1),occluding(Occludin),and tight junction protein-1(Claudin-1)mRNA in the small intestine tissue were significantly increased(P<0.05).In addition,the transmembrane resistance(TER)of intestinal mucosa of Kunming mice in the ME group was significantly improved(P<0.05),and the permeability of FITC-labeled dextran(FD4)was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of DAO,D-LAC,and MPO in serum of Kunming mice in the ME group and HE group decreased significantly(P<0.05),the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)increased significantly(P<0.05),and the level of malondialdehyde(MDA)decreased significantly(P<0.05).The study indicates that PEO can significantly improve the growth pe
