摘　　要：技能研究是职业教育研究的重要一维。众多学科为技能研究提供了丰富的理论给养,经济学的新增长理论提供了认识依据,明确了技能在现代经济社会发展中的重要价值;社会学的人―环境匹配理论提供了供需依据,阐释了技能发展变化的动力机制;知识社会学的知识生产模式理论提供了内容依据,预测了技能发展变化的趋势;教育心理学的能力结构理论提供了结构依据,明晰了技能的结构与要素。因此,需要统合不同理论视角增强技能研究与开发的科学性。Skill research is an important dimension of vocational education research.Numerous disciplines provide rich theoretical support for skill research,while the new economic growth theory provides a cognitive basis and clarifies the important value of skills in the development of modern economic society.The person-environment fit theory of sociology offers a supply-demand basis and explains the driving mechanism of skill development and change.The knowledge production mode theory of knowledge sociology offers the content basis and predicts the direction of skill development and change.The ability structure theory of educational psychology provides the structural basis and clarifies the structure and elements of skills.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate different theoretical perspectives to enhance scientific skills in research and development.
