摘 要:对基于QuEChERS原则的样品处理技术在动物源性食品兽药残留分析中的应用进行综述。概述了QuEChERS技术的原理和特点,归纳总结了其常用的传统净化材料N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)、十八烷基键合硅胶(C_(18))、石墨化炭黑(GCB)和新型净化材料如多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)、磁性纳米颗粒(MNPs)、壳聚糖(CS)、EMR-Lipid、氧化锆(Z-Sep)和氧化锆/十八烷基硅烷吸附剂(Z-Sep+)以及其他新型净化材料的吸附特性和优缺点。对今后QuEChERS技术的发展和应用进行了展望。The application of sample pretreatment technology based on QuEChERS principle in the analysis of animal derived food and veterinary drug residues was reviewed.The principles and characteristics of QuEChERS technology were summarized.Adsorption characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of the traditional purification materials and new purification materials were reviewed.The traditional purification materials included primary secondary amines(PSA),octadecyl silica(C_(18))and graphitized carbon black(GCB).The new purification materials included multiwalled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTS),magnetic nanoparticles(MNPS),chitosan(CS),EMR-Lipid,zirconium dioxide(Z-sep),oxidation/ectum alkanes silicane attachment(Z-sep+),and other new types of purification materials.A prospect was made for the development and application of QuEChERS technology in the future.
