摘 要:文章通过对我国二手车市场开展研究,发现二手车市场面临的主要问题,并提出相应解决方案。文章重点从商业银行参与二手车供应链金融业务出发,帮助我国二手车市场解决诚信、售后、资金等主要矛盾,为二手车市场的健康发展创造环境。以中信银行为例,结合中信银行汽车金融业务的特点和优势,为中信银行设计二手车供应链业务操作模式,该模式以汽车经销商为核心,通过打造“中信推荐二手车”品牌,为合作经销商提供二手车融资,为其二手车商品提供增信,为购车人提供售后保障和购车金融服务,并制定了相关风险防控措施。最终能够实现以二手车业务为抓手,全面提升中信银行汽车金融业务个人消费者端价值,构建中信银行汽车金融生态体系的战略构想。China s used car market was analyzed in this article with the auto financial business strategy.Focusing on the participation of commercial banks in the used car supply chain financial business,major problems concerning credit,after-sales service,and funding were identified,and corresponding solutions were proposed to help the Chinese used car market solve the main problems.Furthermore,taking China CITIC Bank as a case study,the characteristics and advantages of the Bank s auto financial business can be leveraged to develop a used car business operation model.And a“CITIC Recommended Used Cars”brand was created.The research results show that the model can provide financing for cooperative dealers and give credit enhancement for their used car products.The“CITIC Recommended Used Cars”brand offers after-sales guarantees to buyers and reduces business risks,contributing to the stability and growth of the market.
