摘  要:本研究采用275~285 nm波段的UV-LED灯替代氘灯作为迷迭香酸含量检测的单波长光源,优化电路设计,自制UV-LED光源。经验证,光源的性能参数:20 min内280 nm波长下的基线最大漂移量为0.005;波长日内波动绝对差值≤0.414 nm,日间波动绝对差值≤0.827 nm;吸光度日内波动绝对差值≤0.023,波长日间波动绝对差值≤0.039;3天内280 nm波长下的光强波动幅度在2%以内,吸光度波动幅度低于0.008。针对迷迭香酸溶液,经验证UV-LED光源检测结果与氘灯光源检测结果线性相关系数0.99以上,并将UV-LED光源成功应用于在线判定迷迭香酸生产最佳吸附饱和点检测,解决了氘灯光源寿命短、在线检测运行成本高等难题。且自制UV-LED光源光强可调,扩大了光纤光谱仪应用范围,这有助于推动企业实现自动化、数字化的进程。UV-LED lamps in 275-285 nm range were used to replace deuterium lamps as a single-wavelength light source for rosmarinic acid content detection.The circuit design was optimized and a UV-LED light source was home-made.Verified performance parameters of the light source included:maximum baseline drift within 20 min at 280 nm wavelength was 0.005.The absolute difference of daily fluctuation of wavelength was≤0.414 nm,and within days was≤0.827 nm.The absolute difference of absorbance fluctuation within a day was≤0.023,and the absolute difference of wavelength fluctuation within days was≤0.039.the light intensity fluctuation amplitude at 280 nm wavelength within 3 days was within 2%,and the absorbance fluctuation amplitude was less than 0.008.For the rosmarine acid solution,the detection results of the UV-LED light source were linearly correlated with those of the deuterium lamp light source with a correlation coefficient above 0.99,and the UV-LED light source was successfully applied to online determination of the optimal adsorption saturation point in rosmarinic acid production,which solvedthe problem of short lifespan and high online detection costs of deuterium light source. The light intensity of homemadeUV-LED light source was adjustable,expanding the application range of fiber optic spectrometer,whichhelped promoting the automation and digitalization for manufactures.
