摘 要:绿色金融是抑制污染减排、改善生态环境的利器。为客观评价绿色金融治污效果、提升生态环境质量,以2013—2021年我国30个省份的数据为研究样本,构建空间计量模型,实证分析绿色金融与环境污染之间的关系,并进一步探讨数字技术在其中发挥的调节作用。结果表明,绿色金融与环境污染之间呈现负相关关系,绿色金融发展水平越高,对生态环境质量的改善也越明显,即绿色金融不仅有效地改善了当地环境污染,而且对周边地区环境污染也起到了抑制作用;数字技术在绿色金融与环境污染之间发挥着正向调节作用,先进的数字技术可以增强绿色金融的治污效果。因此,不仅要注重绿色金融发展,增强区域间绿色金融协调性,还应强化数字技术的创新与应用,打好污染防治攻坚战。To investigate the interplay among green finance,digital technology,and environmental pollution control,we conducted a literature review and established an evaluation index system for green finance across five dimensions:green credit,green securities,green investment,green insurance,and carbon finance.Additionally,we developed a comprehensive evaluation framework for digital technology,considering three dimensions:digital technology infrastructure development,innovation and research in digital technology,and the maturity of digital industry.We employ the entropy approach to comprehensively evaluate 270 samples spanning 30 provinces from 2013 to 2021.Subsequently,we conduct stationarity tests and correlation analyses on the research data,alongside autocorrelation tests of environmental pollution to ascertain its diffusivity.Additionally,we investigate whether the Spatial Durbin Model(SDM)might degrade into Spatial Autoregressive Model(SAR)or Spatial Error Model(SEM).Our analysis concludes that the SDM model is more suitable.Furthermore,we delve into examining the direct effects and spatial spillover effects of green finance on environmental pollution.Finally,we integrate green finance,digital technology,and environmental pollution into a unified research framework to investigate the regulatory role of the digital economy.Our research demonstrates that green finance effectively mitigates environmental pollution,with greater development in green finance correlating with more pronounced improvements in ecological environment quality.Green finance not only effectively improves local environmental pollution but also indirectly enhances the environmental conditions of surrounding areas,generating spatial spillover effects on environmental pollution.Digital technology plays a positive regulatory role in the impact of green finance on environmental pollution,with advanced digital technology augmenting the pollution control efficacy of green finance.Therefore,it is crucial to prioritize not only the development of green fi
