喷注混合下冲压式爆震发动机起爆与传播模拟研究

摘  要:针对吸气式冲压爆震发动机的喷注混合、火焰加速、爆燃转爆震(DDT)、爆震传播等多物理过程,利用高分辨率数值模拟对其进行了详细研究。采用求解自适应网格加密方法下的Navier-Stokes方程,并考虑详细的11组分27步氢空气化学反应机理,得到了在亚声速来流与喷注混合条件下的完整冲压式爆震发动机工作过程。为了快速实现DDT,光滑管中采用了多组横向对喷射流。结果表明:在考虑来流与喷注混合条件下,混合气的当量比分布极其不均匀;多组横向空气射流障碍物提高了混合物均匀性,同时促进了DDT的发生;在燃烧产物膨胀过程中,发现二次膨胀现象;在尾气膨胀与大气环境相互作用下,流场出现流动不稳定结构。此外,混合与吹除过程占据冲压式爆震发动机的大部分工作时间。In response to the multi-physical processes of the actual air-breathing ramjet detonation engine,highresolution numerical simulation is adopted to simulate injection mixing,flame acceleration,deflagration-to-detonation transition(DDT),detonation propagation and diffraction,expansion and blowout in detail.Naiver-Stokes equations with adaptive mesh refinement method are adopted with considering a detailed 11 species and 27 steps hydrogen-air chemical reaction mechanism,and the complete ramjet engine working process under the subsonic incoming flow,mixing,and injection are obtained.Multiple groups of transverse air jets are utilized in a smooth tube to obtain speedy DDT.The results show that with the mixing and injection conditions,the equivalence ratio distribution of the mixture is extremely uneven.Multiple groups of transverse jet obstacles enhance the mixture’s uniformity and stimulate the occurrence of DDT.During the expansion process of combustion products,the secondary expansion phenomenon is detected.Under the interaction between exhaust gas and the atmospheric environment,a flow instability structure appears in the flow field.The simulated results also demonstrate that mixing and purging occupy most of the time of the entire detonation engine.
