胃苏颗粒联合铝碳酸镁+奥美拉唑对胃溃疡并发出血患者血清EGFR、ERK1/2水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃苏颗粒联合铝碳酸镁+奥美拉唑对胃溃疡(GU)并发出血患者血清表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、细胞外调节蛋白激酶1/2(ERK1/2)水平的影响。方法:选取2020年3月—2022年3月厦门市第五医院收治的248例GU并发出血患者作为研究对象,利用简单随机分组分为观察组和对照组,每组各124例。对照组采用铝碳酸镁+奥美拉唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合胃苏颗粒治疗,两组均持续治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血清EGFR、ERK1/2水平、恢复情况相关指标及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清EGFR、ERK1/2水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组住院时间、腹痛腹胀、反酸、嗳气、呕血黑便改善时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组口干、腹泻、恶心呕吐、头晕等不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胃苏颗粒联合铝碳酸镁+奥美拉唑治疗GU并发出血患者疗效确切,可以提高血清EGFR、ERK1/2表达,且治疗安全性高。Objective:To investigate the effect of Gastrosu granules combined with magnesium aluminum carbonate and omeprazole on serum epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)and extracellular regulated protein kinase 1/2(ERK1/2)levels in patients with gastric ulcers(GU)complicated with bleeding.Method:A total of 248 patients with bleeding complicated by GU admitted to the Fifth Hospital of Xiamen City from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into an observation group and a control group using simple randomized grouping,with 124 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with magnesium aluminum carbonate and omeprazole,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Gastrosu granules on the basis of the control group,and both groups continued to be treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,serum EGFR,ERK1/2 levels,recovery-related indexes before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum EGFR and ERK1/2 levels of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the hospitalization time,abdominal pain and distension,acid reflux,belching,vomiting blood and black stool improvement time of patients in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the occurrence of adverse reactions such as dry mouth,diarrhea,nausea and vomiting,dizziness and other adverse reactions in the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of Gastrosu granules combined with magnesium aluminum carbonate and omeprazole in the treatment of patients with GU com
