摘　　要：目的:探讨CT检查与磁共振成像(MRI)检查对肺癌脊柱骨转移的诊断价值和准确性。方法:选取2021年5月—2023年5月广州市胸科医院收治的40例肺癌脊柱骨转移患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床及影像资料,均实施螺旋CT、MRI检查,患者均经病理学检查确诊,评估分析CT、MRI对肺癌脊柱骨转移的诊断准确率、病灶类型检出情况。结果:40例患者经病理诊断均确诊为阳性,提示脊柱区均有骨转移;CT检查结果显示阳性29例,假阴性11例;MRI检查结果显示阳性29例,假阴性11例;MRI检查对肺癌脊柱骨转移的诊断准确率明显高于CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MRI检查对骨转移病灶类型检出率较CT检查高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺癌患者发生脊柱骨转移的风险高,相较于CT检查,应用MRI检查对肺癌脊柱骨转移的敏感度和准确率更高,可为疾病早期诊断和治疗提供可靠参考信息。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value and accuracy of CT and MRI examinations for spinal bone metastasis in lung cancer.Method:Forty patients with lung cancer spinal bone metastasis admitted to Guangzhou Chest Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected for retrospective analysis of their clinical and imaging data.All patients underwent spiral CT and MRI examinations,and all patients were diagnosed through pathological examination.The diagnostic accuracy of CT and MRI for lung cancer spinal bone metastasis and the detection of lesion types were evaluated and analyzed.Result:All 40 patients were diagnosed as positive by pathological examination,indicating bone metastasis in the spinal region.The CT examination results showed 29 positive cases and 11 false negative cases.The MRI examination results showed 29 positive cases and 11 false negative cases.The diagnostic accuracy of MRI examination for spinal bone metastasis in lung cancer was significantly higher than that of CT examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of bone metastasis lesions in MRI was higher than that in CT examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lung cancer patients have a higher risk of spinal bone metastasis.Compared with CT examination,MRI examination has higher sensitivity and accuracy in detecting spinal bone metastasis in lung cancer,which can provide reliable reference information for early diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
