摘　　要：中医理论认为积多因寒生,文章基于对“寒气生积”理论的探讨,提出寒郁生积、寒瘀成积、寒痰化积之病机,寒积于脉络、肠腑、五脏等部位可发为多种疾病,其治疗当以温阳散寒消积为核心,治以散寒行气、温化痰瘀、温阳散结之法,为从病因学角度指导中医药临床治疗积证提供思路和证据。The theory of traditional Chinese medicine believes that accumulation is mostly caused by cold.Based on the discussion of the theory of“cold Qi generating accumulation”,this article proposed the pathogenesis of cold stagnation,cold stasis and cold phlegm generating accumulation.Cold accumulating in vessels,intestines and the five Zang organs can occur a variety of diseases.Its treatment should focus on warming Yang,dispelling cold and eliminating accumulation,and treating it with the methods of dispersing cold and promoting Qi,warming and dissipating phlegm and blood stasis,and warming Yang to eliminate stagnation,in order to provides ideas and evidence to guide the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of etiology.
