自体结膜瓣移植在原发性翼状胬肉治疗中的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨自体结膜瓣移植在原发性翼状胬肉治疗中的治疗效果。方法选取120例患有原发性翼状胬肉的患者作为研究对象,随机将其分成观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。两组患者均实施胬肉切除术。对照组患者给予角膜缘干细胞移植手术治疗,观察组患者采用自体结膜瓣移植治疗。对比两组患者治疗后的舒适度。结果观察组患者治疗后惧光、流泪、异物感、眼痛不适、视力不良评分分别为(1.23±0.12)、(0.15±0.07)、(1.54±0.21)、(0.55±0.05)、(0.65±0.14)分,明显低于对照组的(2.01±0.15)、(1.04±0.05)、(1.98±0.11)、(1.75±0.09)、(1.87±0.12)分(P<0.05)。结论自体结膜瓣移植联合胬肉切除术治疗原发性翼状胬肉有显著效果,能提升患者治疗后的舒适度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of autologous conjunctival flap transplantation in the treatment of primary pterygium.Methods A total of 120 patients with primary pterygium were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into an observation group(n=60)and a control group(n=60).Pterygium excision was performed in both groups.The control group received limbal stem cell transplantation,and the observation group received autologous conjunctival flap transplantation.The comfort level after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of photophobia,tearing,foreign body sensation,ocular discomfort and poor visual acuity in the observation group were(1.23±0.12),(0.15±0.07),(1.54±0.21),(0.55±0.05)and(0.65±0.14)points,which were significantly lower than(2.01±0.15),(1.04±0.05),(1.98±0.11),(1.75±0.09)and(1.87±0.12)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Autologous conjunctival flap transplantation combined with pterygium excision has significant effect in the treatment of primary pterygium,and can improve the comfort of patients after treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
