摘　　要：在调查了解医学生就业思想状况和就业指导课程思政建设效果的基础上,本研究针对贵州省某医科大学就业指导课程中存在的思政元素融入不足、教学方法单一、考核评价方法不完善的问题,探讨在“三全育人”理念下深化就业指导课程思政教学改革,深入挖掘课程中蕴含的思政元素,构建多维协同的课程教学体系,改进教学内容设计,灵活运用多种教学方法,优化课程评价方式。课程教学结束后对医学生进行问卷调查,结果显示,课程思政教学改革成效明显,提升了就业指导课程思政的教学质量和实效,实现了综合育人的目标。Based on the investigation and understanding of the ideological and political status of medical students in employment and the effect of ideological and political construction in employment guidance course,this study aimed at the problems of insufficient integration of ideological and political elements,single teaching method and imperfect assessment method in employment guidance course in a medical university in Guizhou Province,and discussed the deepening of ideological and political teaching reform in employment guidance course under the concept of“three-wide education”,digging deeply into the ideological and political elements contained in the curriculum,constructing and perfecting the multi-dimensional collaborative course teaching system,improving the teaching content design,flexible using diverse educational methods,and optimizing the course evaluation method.After the course teaching,the implementation effect was scientifically evaluated.The results of questionnaire survey showed that the effect of ideological and political teaching reform was obvious,which improved the teaching quality and effectiveness of ideological and political teaching in the course of employment guidance,and realized the goal of comprehensive education.
