摘　　要：人工智能技术在全世界快速发展,并在各个领域得到广泛应用,为各行业带来了巨大的变革。对于教育行业,人工智能给教育带来了新的挑战和机遇,并对工科院校创新型师资队伍建设提出了更高的要求。师资队伍建设是工科院校教育发展的重要保证,工科院校建设一支创新型的师资队伍刻不容缓。该文基于创新型师资队伍的特征,总结归纳了人工智能时代创新型师资队伍建设存在的问题,提出了促进创新型师资队伍建设的对策建议,以期推动我国高等教育高质量发展,促进中国式现代化建设稳步推进。Artificial intelligence technology is rapidly developing worldwide and is widely applied in various fields,bringing about significant changes to various industries.For the education industry,artificial intelligence has brought new challenges and opportunities,and has placed higher demands on the construction of innovative teaching staff in engineering colleges.The construction of teaching staff is an important force for the development of education in engineering colleges,and the establishment of an innovative teaching staff in engineering colleges is urgently needed.Based on the characteristics of an innovative teaching staff,this article summarizes the problems in the construction of an innovative teaching staff in the era of artificial intelligence,and proposes countermeasures to promote the construction of an innovative teaching staff,in order to promote the high-quality development of higher education in China,and fully guarantee the steady progress of Chinese-style modernization.
