摘 要:准确把握高等教育学科学术研究特征是推动我国高等教育学科自主知识体系建构的现实依据。经过40多年不断发展,我国高等教育学科形成了以“高等教育学”为主干、由多种二级学科组成的学科群。本研究以全口径的高等教育学科为研究对象,基于性别、学术世代、职称、学科背景和学校类型等维度,刻画我国高等教育学科学者队伍特征,并从研究内容和研究方法两个角度分析其学术论文发表特征,以期从学科主体和学科内涵两个方面把握我国高等教育学科的学术研究特征。基于实证研究结果,在自主知识体系建构视域下,未来我国高等教育学科发展应充分重视学者梯队建设、加强跨学科机制建设、推动学科体系化和理论化建构以及促进思辨研究和实证研究的有机结合等问题。Accurately grasping the academic research characteristics of higher education as a discipline is a practical basis for promoting the construction of an independent knowledge system for Chinese higher education.After 40 years of continuous development,Chinese higher education discipline has formed a discipline group which mainly focuses on"higher education pedagogy"and consists of a variety of secondary discipline.This study takes the entirety of higher education discipline as the research object,characterizing the scholar population in Chinese higher education discipline from the dimensions of gender,academic generation,professional title,disciplinary background,and type of institution.Additionally,it examines the characteristics of academic paper publications from the perspectives of research content and research methods.Through empirical analysis,this study aims to understand the academic research characteristics of Chinese higher education discipline from both the subject and content perspectives.Based on the results of this empirical study,it is suggested that future development of the higher education discipline in China,within the framework of constructing an autonomous knowledge system,should pay close attention to issues such as scholar team building,strengthen interdisciplinary mechanisms,and promote the systematic construction of the discipline′s theoretical framework and the organic combination of speculative research and empirical research.
