摘　　要：信息技术应用创新作为我国在信息技术领域实现自主可控的核心战略,对数据库工程师的培养提出了新要求。鉴于信创数据库的迅速发展及其稳步替代国外数据库的趋势,数据库工程师不仅需要同时掌握信创数据库及国外数据库,还需具备快速适应多种产品的能力。针对当前数据库课程与信创数据库工程师要求存在的差距,提出以下教学改革措施:一是优化课程内容,确保与国内信息产业发展趋势同步;二是采用对比教学法,提升学生对不同数据库产品的理解和适应能力;三是融入课程思政教育,增强学生对信创战略的认识、培养爱国情怀。经实践检验,数据库管理与应用课程的教学改革成效显著,满足了业界对信创数据库工程师的培养需求。Information technology application innovation(hereinafter referred to as ITAI)serves as a core strategy for achieving independence and controllability in information technology in our country,which poses new demands on the training of database engineers.Considering the rapid development of ITAI databases and its steady replacement of foreign databases,database engineers need to master both ITAI and foreign databases and possess the ability to quickly adapt to various products.In response to the gap between current database courses and the need for ITAI database engineers,the following teaching reform measures are proposed:First,optimize the course content to ensure synchronization with the development of domestic information industry;second,adopt comparative teaching methods to enhance students’understanding and adaptability to different database products;third,integrate ideological and political education into the curriculum to strengthen students’awareness of the ITAI strategy and cultivate patriotic sentiments.Practice has proven that the teaching reform of the database management and application course is significantly effective,meeting the industry’s demand for training ITAI database engineers.
