摘　　要：1953年,在时任院长欧阳予倩的主持推动下,中央戏剧学院导演系正式建立。中戏导演系的建立与发展对于戏剧导演教学专业化和新中国的戏剧发展都有着重要意义。本文主要对欧阳予倩提出并主导的民族化导演教学的探索历程进行梳理,其意义在于71年后的今日,对于民族化戏剧创作及教学的思考与实践仍在延续,对于“戏剧与影视学”教学体系的认知与构建仍在拓展。在前行的过程中,我们往往需要回头看看,甚至追本溯源,从前人的思索与实践路径中获得经验,寻求启发。In 1953,then Dean Ouyang Yuqian,spearheaded the establishment of the Department of Directing at the Central Academy of Drama was officially established,marking a pivotal moment in the professionalization of drama directing education and its impact on the evolution of drama in new China.This paper delves into the developmental path of Ouyang Yuqian's vision and leadership in the quest for an education system tailored to nationalized directing.Its significance lies in the fact that even 71 years later,the contemplation and practice of nationalized drama creation and education continue.The understanding and construction of teaching system in"Theatre and Film Studies"are still expanding.As we progress,we need to revisit and draw wisdom from the foundamental ideas and experiences of our predecessors.
