摘 要:通过优化进样量、进样方式、温度程序和梯度设置等检测条件,建立了一种高效、可靠的气相色谱法检测蔬菜中多种有机磷农药残留的方法。实验结果显示,各有机磷农药在0.025~10.000μg·mL^(-1)具有良好线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999。加标回收率均在80%以上,相对标准偏差均小于5%。该方法具有较高的灵敏度、较好的准确性和重复性,可有效应用于蔬菜中有机磷农药残留的检测,为食品安全提供可靠的技术支持。By optimizing the detection conditions such as injection volume,injection mode,temperature program and gradient setting,an efficient and reliable gas chromatography method for the detection of various organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables was established.The experimental results showed that the organophosphorus pesticides had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.025~10.00μg·mL^(-1),with correlation coefficients greater than 0.999.The recovery rate of spiked samples is above 80%,and the relative standard deviation is less than 5%.This method has high sensitivity,accuracy and repeatability,and can be effectively applied to the detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables,providing reliable technical support for food safety.
