摘  要:本文建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定新疆葡萄中重金属含量的方法,并对葡萄果皮和果肉中重金属含量进行测定,评估摄入葡萄对人体健康的风险。结果表明,最佳微波消解条件为消解时间30 min、消解温度190℃、过氧化氢-硝酸体积比2∶8。方法的线性相关系数均在0.999以上,线性相关性良好,相对标准偏差在2.15%~4.67%,回收率在97.6%~103.1%。利用估算每日摄入量评估了食用葡萄的重金属健康风险,结果显示每日摄入1000g葡萄对消费者健康是无害的。In this paper,a method of microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established for the determination of heavy metal content in grapes in Xinjiang,and the heavy metal content in grape skins and flesh was determined to evaluate the risk of ingestion of grapes to human health.The results showed that the optimal microwave digestion conditions were as follows:digestion time 30 min,digestion temperature 190℃,volume ratio of hydrogen peroxide to nitric acid 2∶8.The linear correlation coefficients were above 0.999,the relative standard deviations were 2.15%~4.67%,and the recoveries were 97.6%~103.1%.The health risk of heavy metals in table grapes was assessed using estimated daily intakes,which showed that 1000 g of grapes per day was not harmful to consumer health.
