摘  要:本文采用气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱结合多反应监测模式,建立了一种快速测定植物油中17种邻苯二甲酸酯的检测方法。试验采用含饱和正己烷的乙腈超声提取、低温冷冻离心方式对前处理条件进行优化。结果表明,17种邻苯二甲酸酯在20~1000μg·L^(-1)线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.995,方法检出限为1.37~36.8μg·kg^(-1)。加标回收率为85.9%~108.4%,精密度为0.79%~8.30%。该方法前处理简单快速,回收率和精密度较高,可用于植物油中17种邻苯二甲酸酯含量的快速测定。This article uses gas chromatography triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry with multi reaction monitoring mode to establish a rapid detection method for 17 phthalates in vegetable oil.The experiment used acetonitrile with saturated n-hexane for ultrasonic extraction and low-temperature freeze centrifugation to optimize the pretreatment conditions.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between 17 phthalates in the range of 20~1000μg·L^(-1),with correlation coefficients greater than 0.995.The detection limit of the method was 1.37~36.8μg·kg^(-1).The recovery rate of spiked samples is 85.9%to 108.4%,and the precision is 0.79%to 8.30%.This method has simple and fast pretreatment,high recovery rate and precision,and can be used for rapid determination of 17 phthalates in vegetable oils.
