摘 要:帆船运动作为一项极具挑战性和专业性的水上竞技运动,对运动员的体能、技能及适应能力有着极高的要求。在激烈的训练和比赛中,合理的营养膳食成为支持运动员发挥最佳水平、应对各种压力和挑战的重要基础。本文分析帆船运动的独特性和运动员的营养膳食需求,并提出帆船运动员合理营养膳食的建议,以确保帆船运动员具备良好的身体柔韧性、耐力、力量、平衡性等,从而确保其运动表现良好。Sailing is a highly challenging and specialized water sport that sets demanding standards for athletes’physical fitness,skills and adaptability.In intense training and competition,a reasonable nutritious diet has become an important foundation to support athletes to perform at their best and cope with various pressures and challenges.This paper analyzes the uniqueness of sailing sports and athletes’nutritional dietary needs,and puts forward suggestions on reasonable nutritional diets for sailing athletes,so as to ensure that sailing athletes have good physical flexibility,endurance,strength,balance,etc.,so as to ensure their sports performance.
