摘 要:我国是世界上碳排放量最大的国家,党中央已于2020年提出碳达峰碳中和重大战略决策,中国碳减排任务非常严峻。国家核证自愿减排量(CCER),是指企业自愿开展并经中国政府认证的可再生能源发电、垃圾发电项目以及林业项目等活动,是控排企业未来实现碳减排的有效手段。通过研究CCER的发展历程,收集和整理CCER项目现状,并预测CCER市场未来的发展趋势。My country is the country with the largest carbon emissions in the world,the Party Central Committee has proposed a major strategic decision on carbon neutralization in 2020,China's task of carbon emission reduction is extremely arduous.Chinese Certified Emission Reduction(CCER)refers to activities such as renewable energy power generation,waste-to-energy projects,and forestry projects voluntarily carried out by enterprises and certified by the Chinese government.As an effective means,it can help emission-controlling enterprises achieve carbon emission reduction in the future.By studying the development history of CCER,the status quo of CCER projects was collected and sort outed,and the future development trend of the CCER market was predicted.
