摘  要:为提高化学相关专业本科生的综合实验素质,本文设计了基于石墨相氮化碳(g-C_(3)N_(4))光催化合成H_(2)O_(2)的综合化学实验。该实验内容丰富,涉及g-C_(3)N_(4)的合成与表征、光催化测试以及数据分析等,要求学生掌握分析天平、管式炉、紫外-可见分光光度计、粉末X射线衍射仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、电子显微镜等实验仪器以及Jade、Origin等软件的基本操作。该综合化学实验绿色环保、成本低廉,不仅可以加强本科生实验技能,还可培养科学创新精神,激发科研兴趣。To improve the comprehensive experimental quality of undergraduate students majoring in Chemistry-related disciplines,a comprehensive Chemistry experiment based on the photocatalytic synthesis of hydrogen peroxide using graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))was designed.The content of this experiment was rich,involving the synthesis and characterization of g-C_(3)N_(4),photocatalytic experiments and data analysis.Students were required to handle the basic operation of experimental instruments,such as analytical balances,tubular furnaces,UV-visible spectrophotometers,powder X-ray diffractometers,Fourier transform infrared spectrometers,electron microscopes,as well as data-processing softwares,such as Jade and Origin.This comprehensive Chemistry experiment was environmentally friendly and low-cost,which can not only strengthen undergraduates'experimental skills,but also cultivate their scientific and innovative spirit,as well as stimulate their interest in scientific research work.
