摘 要:文章旨在分析教学俱乐部模式在警务战术课程教学应用中的可行性。在解释警务战术教学俱乐部概念的基础上,分析出其应用优势包括培养学生综合应用能力、突出学生的教学主体地位、实现“练为战”的训练理念。在俱乐部模式的教学应用中也需要解决教学对象分散、战术课程师资不足、学校多方面投入增加等问题,解决问题的途径可以从建立警务战术教学俱乐部管理体系、明确警务战术教学俱乐部建设目标、优化俱乐部教学的过程、建立健全激励机制4方面入手,以此来提高学生的警务战术技能的熟练程度,培养学生在警情处置过程中的战术思维。The article aims to analyze the feasibility study of applying the teaching club model in the teaching of Police Tactics courses.On the basis of explaining the concept of police tactics teaching club,its application advantages are analyzed as follows:cultivating students'comprehensive application ability,highlighting their teaching subject status,and realizing the training concept of"practice for battle".In the application of club mode teaching,it is also necessary to solve problems such as scattered teaching objects,insufficient teaching staff for tactical courses,and increased investment in various aspects of schools.The ways to solve these problems can be from four aspects:establishing a management system for police tactics teaching clubs,clarifying the goals of police tactics teaching club construction,optimizing the process of club teaching,and establishing a sound incentive mechanism.In this way,students can improve their proficiency in police tactics skills and cultivate their tactical thinking in the process of handling police situations.
