基于产教融合的高职院校运动训练专业人才培养策略研究

摘　　要：在新时期的高职教育改革中,产教融合模式的应用已成为未来教学发展的重点。产教融合是指在高职院校中,与企业之间开展合作,共同培养专业人才的一种教学模式。其实施有利于培养学生的体育精神、实践能力以及职业能力。基于此,以产教融合的高职院校运动训练专业人才培养视角,分析了产教融合下体育专业人才的培养需求,阐述了其价值,并从落实产教融合指导、整合校企双方资源、打通运动训练专业实习实践体系以及建设运动训练专业群方面提出了基于产教融合的高职院校运动训练专业人才培养策略,以构建适应产教融合下的运动训练专业人才培养方案,推动运动训练专业教学质量的提高。In the new era of vocational education reform,the application of industry and education integration mode has become the focus of future teaching development.The integration of industry and education refers to a teaching mode of cooperation with enterprises to jointly cultivate professional talents in higher vocational colleges.Its implementation is conducive to cultivating students'sports spirit,practical ability and professional ability.Based on this,this paper is based on the integration of Sports Training of higher vocational colleges,analyzes the needs of the integration of Sports professionals and expounds its value,and from the implementation of the integration guidance,integrating resources,through Sports Training professional practice practice system and the construction of Sports Training professional group put forward based on the integration of Sports Training professional vocational colleges talent training strategy,in order to build to adapt to the fusion of Sports Training professional talent training program,promote the improvement of Sports Training professional teaching quality.
