摘  要:目的:研究军事基础体能训练期间男性青年学员体成分、骨密度状况及对称性,为日常训练提供依据。方法:对92名健康男性受试者进行为期2个月的军事基础体能训练,采用双能X射线骨密度仪进行体成分、骨密度检测。结果:右臂骨面积、骨矿含量和骨密度极显著的高于左臂(P<0.001)。右臂消瘦质量、整体质量极显著的高于左臂(P<0.001);右臂脂肪含量非常显著的高于左臂(P<0.01),但右臂脂肪百分比极显著的低于左臂(P<0.001)。右下肢脂肪含量非常显著的高于左下肢(P<0.01);右下肢消瘦质量、整体质量极显著的高于左下肢(P<0.001)。整体Z评分的分布:-1<Z≤2占77.1%,-2<Z≤-1占20.7%,Z<-2占2.2%。结论:处于新训期间的青年学员肢体之间的不对称仍普遍存在,优势侧肢体显著强于劣势一侧;同时,由于训练强度相较于过往突然大幅度增加,学员能量摄入不足以满足日常所需,逐渐陷入低能量可用性的状态中。因此,需调整日常训练计划以及增加饮食摄入,从而消除低能量可用性的影响。Objective:To study the body composition,bone density and symmetry of young male students during military basic physical training to provide a basis for daily training.Methods:Ninety-two healthy male subjects underwent a 2-month military basic physical training for body composition and bone density by dual-energy X-ray bone density meter.Result:Bone area,bone mineral content,and bone mineral density in the right arm were significantly higher than those in the left arm(P<0.001).The overall mass was significantly higher than the left arm(P<0.001);The right arm was higher than the left arm(P<0.01)but the right arm was significantly lower fat percentage than the left arm(P<0.001);The right lower limb(P<0.01);The lean mass and overall mass of the right lower limb were significantly higher than the left lower limb(P<0.001).The distribution of overall Z score was 77.1%from 2 to-1,-1 to-2 was 20.7%,and<-2 was 2.1%.Conclusion:The asymmetry between the limbs of young students during the new training period is still common,and the dominant side is significantly stronger than the inferior side.At the same time,due to the sudden increase in training intensity compared to the past,students'energy intake is insufficient to meet their daily needs,and gradually fall into a state of low energy availability.Therefore,it is necessary to adjust daily training plans and increase dietary intake to help eliminate the impact of low energy availability.
