摘　　要：加强民族传统体育文化挖掘与活化保护,是建设特色地区经济和实现地域经济振兴发展的重要抓手,也是提升地区人民幸福感、自豪感的有效措施。湖南省郴州市作为一座有着悠久历史的地区,不仅具有丰富的传统体育文化,还具有独特的地理环境和人文背景,为进行传统体育文化挖掘和活化保护创造了有利条件。立足郴州传统体育文化内容,从优化活化政策、开发特色产品、构建个性化体验活动和加强文旅结合宣传4方面具体分析了挖掘和活化保护对策。Strengthening the excavation and revitalization protection of traditional ethnic sports culture is not only an important means to build a distinctive regional economy and achieve regional economic revitalization and development,but also an effective measure to enhance the happiness and pride of local people.As a region with a long history,Chenzhou City in Hunan Province not only has rich traditional sports culture,but also has a unique geographical environment and cultural background,creating favorable conditions for excavating and revitalizing traditional sports culture.The article is based on the analysis of the content of traditional sports culture in Chenzhou,and specifically analyzes the excavation and revitalization protection strategies from four aspects:optimizing revitalization policies,developing distinctive products,constructing personalized experiences,and strengthening the promotion of cultural tourism integration.
