摘  要:胶轮车在井下辅助运输领域的应用越来越广泛,但井下行车主要还是采用人工管理方式,存在效率较低、安全隐患较大等问题。为适应智慧矿山的发展趋势,提高井下胶轮车的行车效率和安全性,设计一套胶轮车运输管理系统,分析和研究井下运输的数学模型和典型的三叉巷道的行车管理策略,并对行车管理系统软件框架及主要子程序流程图进行设计。这套系统可实时监测井下行车状况并对车辆进行调配和管理,大大提高井下车辆行车管理的效率和智能化程度。Rubber-tyred vehicles are becoming more and more widely used in the field of underground auxiliary transportation,but underground driving mainly adopts manual management methods,which has problems such as low efficiency and large safety hazards.In order to adapt to the development trend of smart mines and improve the driving efficiency and safety of underground rubber-tyred vehicles,a rubber-tyred vehicle transportation management system is designed;the mathematical model of underground transportation and the driving management strategy of typical three-pronged roadways are analyzed and studied;and the software framework and main subroutine flow chart of the traffic management system are designed.This system can monitor underground driving conditions in real time and deploy and manage vehicles,greatly improving the efficiency and intelligence of underground vehicle driving management.
