抗精神病药联合帕罗西汀治疗慢性精神分裂症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析抗精神病药联合帕罗西汀治疗慢性精神分裂症的临床效果。方法:选取2021年11月—2023年11月宝鸡市康复医院收治的慢性精神分裂症患者100例为观察对象,以随机抽签法分为对照组(应用常规抗精神病药治疗)和观察组(在对照组基础上联合帕罗西汀治疗),各50例。比较两组临床疗效、精神症状、认知功能、药物不良反应、生活质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.001);治疗后,两组阳性症状、阴性症状、精神病理评分均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组思维流畅性、视空间能力、记忆力、语言表达力、注意力评分均高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组药物不良反应发生率低于对照组(P=0.012);治疗后,两组躯体功能、社会功能、情绪功能、物质生活评分均高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抗精神病药联合帕罗西汀治疗慢性精神分裂症的效果显著,可有效改善患者的精神症状,提高认知功能、生活质量,用药安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of antipsychotics combined with paroxetine in the treatment of chronic schizo-phrenia.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted to Baoji Rehabilitation Hospital from Novem-ber 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the observation objects,and divided into control group(treated with conventional anti-psychotics)and observation group(treated with paroxetine on the basis of control group)by random drawing method,with fifty cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,mental symptoms,cognitive function,adverse drug reactions and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.001);after treat-ment,the positive symptoms,negative symptoms and psychopathological scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of thinking fluency,visuospatial ability,memory,verbal expression and attention in both groups were higher than before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse drug reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P=0.012);after treatment,the scores of physical function,social function,emotional function and material life in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Antipsychotics drugs combined with paroxetine have a significant effect in the treatment of chronic schizophrenia,which can effec-tively improve the mental symptoms of patients,improve cognitive function and quality of life,and have high drug safety.
