培美曲塞二钠联合顺铂治疗晚期肺腺癌的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究培美曲塞二钠联合顺铂治疗晚期肺腺癌的临床效果。方法:选取2020年5月—2023年6月兴平市人民医院收治的晚期肺腺癌患者100例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(多西他赛联合顺铂治疗)、观察组(培美曲塞二钠联合顺铂治疗),各50例。比较两组治疗效果、肿瘤标志物水平、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组疾病控制率高于对照组(P=0.025);治疗后,两组癌胚抗原、糖类抗原125、细胞角蛋白19片段抗原水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血液系统、消化系统等各项不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:培美曲塞二钠联合顺铂治疗晚期肺腺癌的效果优于多西他赛联合顺铂治疗,可提高治疗效果,降低血清肿瘤标志物水平与血液、消化系统等不良反应发生率。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of pemetrexed disodium combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma.Methods:One hundred patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma admitted to Xingping People's Hospital from May 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group(docetaxel combined with cisplatin treatment)and the observation group(pemetrexed disodium combined with cisplatin treatment),with fifty cases in each group.Compare the treatment effect,tumor marker level,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups.Results:The disease control rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.025);after treatment,the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen,glycocalyx antigen 125 and cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and they were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group such as the blood system and digestive system was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pemetrexed disodium combined with cisplatin is better than docetaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma,which can improve the therapeutic effect,and reduce the level of serum tumor markers and the incidence of adverse reactions of the blood and digestive system.
