摘 要:当今随着计算机软硬件和网络的高速发展,基于三维的设计和协同工作成为现实,建筑信息模型(BIM)技术作为辅助手段对项目管理可进行虚拟建造、可视化、方案模拟、目标控制等,并可将物理、建造、运维等信息动态集成和同步更新,贯穿于项目全生命周期,实现节资、节时、高效的建设,为管理工作带来极大可视化的三维管控优势。招标工作作为全过程工程咨询的前期阶段尤为重要,运用BIM技术可辅助确定最优投标方案及为后续BIM应用奠定模型基础。本文依托某学校新校区工程的招标工作,重点阐述BIM技术在招投标阶段的应用实践与思考。With the rapid development of computer software,hardware,and networks today,3D design and collaborative work have become a reality.Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology,as an auxiliary tool,can perform virtual construction,visualization,scheme simulation,target control,etc.for project management,and can dynamically integrate and synchronously update physical,construction,operation and maintenance information throughout the entire lifecycle,achieving cost saving,time-saving,and efficient construction,bringing great visual advantages to management work in 3D control.The bidding process is particularly important as the early stage of the entire engineering consulting process.The use of BIM technology can assist in determining the optimal bidding plan and lay the model foundation for subsequent BIM applications.This article focuses on the application practice and thinking of BIM technology in the bidding stage based on the bidding work of a new campus project of a certain school.
