《黄帝内经》经脉源头考释

摘　　要：文章通过对《黄帝内经》原文的梳理考释得知,经脉有两套体系,十二经脉本源于先天形体十二脏腑,主形体营气循环流注十二脏腑;十一经脉本源于后天天地阴阳“天六地五”数,主肺天脾地摄入气味化生营卫血气神以灌溉滋养形体组织。由于脾胃居中主四肢手足,故十一经脉皆起于手足腕踝,五输穴起于肘膝以下。脾胃为土地,所以地之阴阳木火土金水五行在脾土。经脉既是通行输布后天营、卫、神的通道,也是邪气侵犯人体的通道。少阳三焦相火生脾胃土而主脾胃阳气,故四肢为诸阳之本,十一经脉起始于诸阳之本的四肢手足,其实质是少阳三焦为“十二经脉之根”,“十二经脉者,皆系于生气之原”的少阳三焦。Through the sorting and interpretation of the original text of Huangdi Nejing,it is known that there are two sets of channels.The 12 channels are originally derived from the 12 Zangfu organs of the innate body,and the main body nutrient qi circulation fows into the 12 Zangfu organs.The 1l meridians are originally derived from the number of the acquired yin and yang of the heaven and earth,'six in heaven and five in earth'.They are mainly derived from the intake of odor and transform it into nutrient qi,defensive qi,blood,qi and spirit in the lung and spleen,which are used to irrigate and nourish the body tissue.Since the spleen and stomach are centered and control the extremities and feet,the 1l meridians all originate from the hand,foot,wrist and ankle,and the five-shu points originate from below the elbow and knee.The spleen and stomach are the land,so the five elements of yin and yang,wood,fire,earth,gold and water are in the spleen.Channels are not only the channels for the passage and transmission of the acquired nutrient qi,defensive qi,and spirit,but also the channels for evil qi to invade the human body.Shaoyang triple energizer's ministerial fire generates spleen and stomach earth and controls the spleen and stomach yang qi.Therefore,the four limbs are the origin of all yang,and the 1l meridians start from the limbs and feet of the origin of all yang.Its essence is Shaoyang triple energizer,which is'the root of the twelve regular meridians'and‘the twelve regular meridians are all derived from the origin of the vitality’.
