论析麻黄升麻汤与阴火的联系性

摘　　要：麻黄升麻汤出自《伤寒论》,所治证属本虚标实、上热下寒,其组方结构由甘温补中、升阳散郁、寒凉泻火三部分形成。研究发现李东垣治阴火之法与其如出一辙。故文章通过对阴火的内涵及治法原则、麻黄升麻汤方义及与李东垣治阴火代表方关联性等内容的讨论,认为李东垣阴火理论的形成与麻黄升麻汤之间具有一定继承发展的联系性。Mahuang Shengma Decoction from Shanghan Lun,the treatment of the syndrome is essential empty and out solid,the upper heat and the lower cold,its composition structure by three parts:the sweet and warm to supplement the middle,rising yang to diffuse depression,cold and cool to purge fire.The study found that LI Dongyuan's method of treating yin fire was the same.Therefore,this paper discusses the connotation and treatment principle of yin fire,the meaning of Mahuang Shengma Decoction and its relation with LI Dongyuan's decoction for treating yin fire,and holds that the formation of LI Dongyuan's yin fire theory and Mahuang Shengma Decoction have a certain connection of inheritance and development.
