摘  要:闭式泵控系统驱动非对称液压缸时,需要增加复杂的大流量补偿回路来补偿非对称缸两腔面积差引起的非对称流量。挖掘机作业负载力较小时,补油腔和控制腔频繁切换,补油阀开启状态不稳定,难以实时匹配大流量的油液补偿。同时大流量油液频繁流动造成速度和压力波动,产生液压冲击,影响系统的平稳性。提出非对称泵控非对称液压缸系统方案,利用非对称泵自身结构匹配非对称流量。以典型四象限工况执行器斗杆为对象,构建非对称泵控和对称泵控斗杆挖掘机仿真模型,对比研究运行特性。结果表明,该系统无需大流量补偿即可平衡非对称流量,消除了速度和压力波动,且发现四象限工况切换和速度、压力波动的产生是不同步的。When the closed pump control system drives widely used asymmetric hydraulic cylinders,it needs to increase the complex large flow compensation circuit to compensate for the asymmetric flow caused by the difference in the area of the two chambers of the asymmetric cylinder.When the load capacity of the excavator is low,the oil replenishment chamber and the control chamber will be frequently switched,the replenishment valve opening state is unstable,it is difficult to match the real-time high-flow oil compensation.The frequent flow of large-flow oil causes speed and pressure fluctuations,generating hydraulic shock and affecting the smoothness of the system.A scheme for an asymmetric pump-controlled asymmetric hydraulic cylinder system was proposed,which utilizes the structure of the asymmetric pump to match the asymmetric flow rate.Construct simulation models of asymmetric pump-controlled and symmetric pump-controlled bucket arm excavators based on typical four-quadrant conditions of operating bucket rod,and compare their operating characteristics.The results show that the proposed system can balance the asymmetric flow without large flow compensation,eliminating the speed and pressure fluctuations,and it is found that the four-quadrant condition switching and the generation of speed and pressure fluctuations are not synchronized.
