摘　　要：高校干部人事档案管理是高校管理的重要组成部分。就其管理内容和提供利用来看,高校干部人事档案具有辅助人才队伍建设、选人用人和保障干部合法权益的功能。新形势下,高校干部人事档案管理应该紧密围绕当前档案应用范畴和社会需求,积极推进档案服务体系创新,拓展档案利用功能,提升档案服务效能。The management of cadre personnel archives in colleges and universities is an essential component of university management.In terms of its management content and utilization,the personnel archives of university cadres have the functions of assisting the construction of talent team,selecting and employing personnel,and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of cadres.Under the new circumstances,the personnel archives management of university cadres should focus on the current scope of archives application and social needs,actively promote the innovation of archival service system,expand the functions of archives utilization,and enhance the efficiency of archival service.
