摘 要:目的:建立GC/MS法测定茶叶中双甲脒及其代谢物残留量的分析方法。方法:在酸性条件下将双甲脒完全水解成2,4-二甲基苯胺,用正己烷-乙醚混合溶液提取,酸、碱液-液分配净化,通过气相色谱-质谱测定。结果:2,4-二甲基苯胺在0.02~1.00 μg·mL^(-1)线性关系良好,相关系数(R^(2))为0.998 0,加标回收率为81.7%~86.9%,相对标准偏差为1.33%~2.45%,定量限为0.01 mg·kg^(-1)。结论:该方法的实验步骤简单易操作,易于推广,适用于茶叶中双甲脒及代谢物的测定,可为目前茶叶中双甲脒及代谢物的监管提供有效的技术支撑。Objective:To establish a GC/MS method for the determination of amitraz and its metabolites in tea.Method:Amitraz was completely hydrolyzed to 2,4-dimethylaniline under acidic conditions,extracted with a mixed solution of n-hexane-ether,purified by acid and lye,and determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Result:The linear relationship of 2,4-dimethylaniline in the range of 0.02~1.00 μg·mL^(-1) was good,the correlation coefficient (R^(2)) was 0.998 0,the recoveries were 81.7%~86.9%,the relative standard deviation was 1.33%~2.45%,and the limit of quantization was 0.01 mg·kg^(-1).Conclusion:The method is simple,easy to operate and easy to popularize.It is suitable for the determination of amitraz and metabolites in tea,and can provide effective technical support for the supervision of amitraz and metabolites in tea.
