摘  要:扬州早茶文化在扬州地域美食文化的推动下,逐渐形成并发扬和传承,其历史悠久,内涵丰富。作为扬州饮食文化的重要组成部分,其形成机理深植于社会经济的发展、地域文化的融合以及市场需求的推动之中。扬州早茶文化的历史价值主要体现在传承历史文化、反映社会变迁、丰富人民生活三个方面,是弘扬中华优秀传统文化的生动载体,是见证城市发展与时代进步的独特视角,也是提升人民生活品质与精神追求的重要途径。它不仅是一种独特的饮食文化现象,更是扬州人民生活方式和价值观的体现。Driven by Yangzhou's regional culinary culture,Yangzhou morning tea culture has gradually formed,flourished,and been inherited,with a long history and rich connotations.As an important part of Yangzhou's food culture,its formation mechanism is deeply rooted in social and economic development,the fusion of regional cultures,and market demand.The historical value of Yangzhou morning tea culture is mainly embodied in three aspects:inheriting historical culture,reflecting social changes,and enriching people's lives.It is a vivid carrier for promoting Chinese excellent traditional culture,a unique perspective for witnessing urban development and the progress of the times,and an important way to enhance people's quality of life and spiritual pursuits.It is not only a unique dietary cultural phenomenon but also a reflection of the lifestyle and values of the people of Yangzhou.
