摘 要:通过优化实验程序,建立了微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定食品中锑含量的方法。结果表明,锑在0~10 μg·L^(-1)时线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.999 78,检出限为0.03 μg·L^(-1),加标回收率为95.5%~103.5%,相对标准偏差为0.2%~3.6%。该方法方便快捷,准确度好,精密度高,适用于饮料中锑含量的测定。By optimizing the experimental procedure,a method for the determination of antimony in food by microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established.The results showed that the linear relationship of antimony was good in the range at 0μg·L^(-1) to 10μg·L^(-1),the linear correlation coefficient was 0.99978,the detection limit was 0.03μg·L^(-1),the recovery rate was 95.5%to 103.5%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.2%to 3.6%.The method is convenient,fast,accurate and precise,which is suitable for the determination of antimony content in beverages.
