摘  要:基于电测法的基本原理,结合材料力学中梁弯曲变形的理论知识,通过对静态应变仪参数的标定与校准,将静态应变仪改造成电子秤,从而实现对标定物重量的准确测量。该实验选择梁作为受力的载体,将应变片黏贴在梁上下表面,通过对灵敏系数的调整建立静态应变仪所测得的应变与标定物重量之间的关系。实验结果表明,改造后的静态应变仪作为电子秤使用时,能够准确测量出标定物的重量,实验数据的稳定性和重复性均得到了验证。实验将材料力学的理论知识与电测法相结合,拓宽了电测法在材料力学实验教学中的应用范围,也激发了学生的创新思维,具有研究性、综合性和创新性。Based on the fundamental principles of electrical measurement and the theoretical knowledge of beam bending deformation in material mechanics,this study transforms a static strain gauge into an electronic scale through calibration and adjustment of its parameters.The experiment utilizes the beam as stress-bearing structure,strain gauges are affixed to the upper and lower surfaces.The relationship between the strain measured by the static strain gauge and the weight of the calibrated objects can be made by adjusting the sensitivity coefficient.The results indicate that the modified strain gauge can accurately measure the weight of objects,and has verified stability and repeatability in the experimental data.The innovation of the experiment lies in the integration of theoretical knowledge of material mechanics with electrical measurement techniques,which not only extends the application of electrical measurement methods in the teaching of material mechanics experiments,but also stimulates students’innovative thinking,possessing research,comprehensive and innovative characteristics.
