摘　　要：为适应石化行业特点和转型升级以及区域经济发展要求,文章探讨石化类专业开展现代学徒制人才培养的必要性,从构建学徒培养机制和管理制度,打造“双导师”队伍,建设优质资源等方面研究提升学徒制人才培养质量的措施。根据虚拟仿真资源特点及其在石化专业学徒制人才培养中的重要地位,提出校企合作开发建设多种形式的优质虚拟仿真资源,以提升培养质量。In order to adapt to the characteristics,transformation and upgrading of petrochemical industry and the requirements of regional economic development,the necessity of modern apprenticeship training for petrochemical majors was discussed.From the construction of apprenticeship training mechanism and management system,the creation of“double tutor”team,the construction of high-quality resources and other aspects of improving the quality of apprenticeship training measures.Based on the characteristics of virtual simulation resources and their important position in the training of petrochemical apprenticeship talents,it is proposed to develop and construct various forms of high-quality virtual simulation resources through school enterprise cooperation to improve the quality of training.
