家校社协同育人促进青少年社会化路径研究

摘  要:家校社协同育人是一种涵盖家庭、学校、社会三方合作的综合育人机制,通过共担责任和积极行动促进青少年的全面发展。影响青少年社会化的关键因素,包括家庭教养风格、学校环境、同伴关系和媒体影响。基于此,应通过建立高效沟通机制、共同确定育人计划及强化价值观教育等促进策略,为青少年创造一个有利于学习和生活的环境,以促进其健康成长,成为有责任、有道德的社会公民。The collaborative education of family,school and society is a comprehensive education mechanism covering the cooperation of families,schools and societies,and promotes the all-round development of teenagers through shared responsibility and positive actions.Key factors influencing the teenager socialization include parenting patterns,school environments,peer relationships and media influences.Based on this,it is necessary to create an environment that is conducive to learning and living for teenagers through promotion strategies such as establishing the efficient communication mechanism,making education plans collaboratively and strengthening the values education,so as to promote their healthy growth and make them become responsible,ethical social citizens.
