摘　　要：本例患者急性脑梗死去骨瓣术后出现肺部、血流碳青霉烯耐药肺炎克雷伯菌感染、脓毒症休克,通过静脉联合雾化硫酸多黏菌素B为基础的抗感染方案,并在治疗药物监测指导下对药物剂量进行精准调整,可以达到很好的临床治愈和微生物清除效果。We reported an acute cerebral infarction patient infected by carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae pneumonia and was complicated with septic shock after decompressive craniotomy.Anti-microbial strategy based on aerosol combined with intravenous polymyxins B sulfate,was precisely adjusted with therapeutic drug monitoring and achieved both good microbiological and clinical efficacy.
