摘　　要：加快推进教育现代化是新时代教育发展的核心战略主题。基础教育现代化是人的现代化与社会现代化在基础教育领域的重要体现。基础教育是整个教育体系的基础,是个体接受教育过程的初始阶段。基础教育的质量直接影响着个体的基本素养,而个体的素养又影响着整个社会、整个民族的文明程度和发展程度。基础教育现代化对于国家教育的现代化以及建设现代化教育强国具有基础性作用。Accelerating the modernization of education is the core strategic theme of education development in the new era.The modernization of basic education is an important embodiment of human modernization and social modernization in the field of basic education.Basic education is the foundation of the whole education system and the initial stage of the process in which an individual receives education.The quality of basic education directly affects the basic quality of the individual,and the individual quality affects the civilization and development of the whole society and nation.The modernization of basic education plays a fundamental role in the modernization of national education and the construction of a modern education power.
