摘　　要：青年是推动社会发展的有生力量,引导高校毕业生服务新时代乡村振兴战略,有利于赋予乡村发展活力、优化人才资源分布格局和助力大学生实现自身价值。因此,应营造良好氛围,增强大学生乡村基层就业的认同感;确保相关政策落实落细,改进大学生返乡就业发展机制;优化高校人才培养模式,提升大学生服务乡村振兴战略的能力,让青年学子在现代化的农业农村大舞台上建功立业,实现人生价值。Young people are the effective strength to promote social development.Guiding college graduates to serve rural revitalization strategy in the new era is conducive to giving vitality to rural development,optimizing the distribution pattern of human resources and helping college students realize their own values.Therefore,it is necessary to create a good atmosphere to enhance the sense of identity of college students in rural grassroots employment,ensure the implementation of relevant policies to improve the development mechanism of college students returning to their hometowns for employment,and optimize talent training modes in colleges and universities to enhance the ability of college students to serve rural revitalization strategy,so as to allow young students to make contributions in the modern agricultural and rural arena and realize the value of life.
