在抑郁症伴有自杀未遂患者中采取微信医患互动平台联合药物治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨抑郁症伴有自杀未遂患者中采取微信医患互动平台联合药物治疗的效果。方法在2019年5月~2020年5月范围内选择在精神科住院后获好转/治愈出院的自杀未遂抑郁症患者120例患者研究,以随机数字表法分2组,一组接受常规药物治疗,定期实验室检查,电话随访(对照组),一组接受微信医患互动平台管理干预(观察组),各60例。两组均实施为期1年的干预,观察对比两组的抑郁程度,社会支持,用药依从性,患者再入院率,危险行为发生率。结果干预后,两组抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分均低于干预前,且观察组较对照组显著低(P<0.05);干预后,观察组社会支持评定量表(Social Support Rating Scale,SSRS)评分均高于干预前,且较对照组显著高(P<0.05);干预后,观察组药物依从性评定量表(Medication adherence rating scale,MARS)评分均高于干预前,且较对照组显著高(P<0.05);观察组患者的再入院率,危险行为发生率明显较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论针对抑郁症伴有自杀未遂的患者实施微信医患互动平台干预联合药物治疗,可使患者抑郁程度得到缓解,强化其用药依从性,促进其社会功能恢复,降低再次自杀几率。Objective To explore the effectiveness of WeChat doctor-patient interaction platform combined with medication treatment in patients with depression and attempted suicide.Methods From May 2019 to May 2020,a study was conducted on 120 patients with attempted suicide depression who improved/were cured and discharged from the psychiatric department.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.One group received routine drug treatment,regular laboratory examinations,and telephone follow-up(control group),and the other group received WeChat doctor-patient interaction platform management intervention(observation group),with 60 patients in each group.Both groups underwent a 1-year intervention to observe and compare their levels of depression,social support,medication adherence,readmission rate,and incidence of risky behaviors.Results After the intervention,the scores of Self-rating depression scale(SDS)in both groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)scores of the observation group were higher than before intervention and significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of the Medication Adherence Rating Scale(MARS)in the observation group was higher than before intervention and significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the readmission rate and incidence of dangerous behaviors of pa-tients in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing WeChat doctor-patientinteraction platform intervention combined with medication treatment for patients with depression and attempted suicidecan alleviate their depression level,strengthen their medication compliance,promote their social function recovery,and reduce the probability of suicide again.
