心理护理与健康宣教对腹腔镜胃癌切除术后患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究心理护理与健康宣教对腹腔镜胃癌切除术患者术后生活质量的影响。方法2022年12月年~2024年2月,选择62例腹腔镜胃癌切除术患者进行临床研究,经随机数字表法进行病例分组,每组各31例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组联用心理护理,健康宣教,统计两组患者护理前后的生活质量评分,应对方式评分,疾病不确定感评分,自我效能评分,希望水平评分与护理满意度,并进行比较分析。结果护理前,对比两组生活质量评分,应对方式评分,疾病不确定感评分,自我效能评分,希望水平评分,结果差异无显著性(P>0.05);护理2周后对比,结果观察组生活质量评分,应对方式评分,疾病不确定感评分,自我效能评分,希望水平评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);护理前,护理2周后对比,结果是护理2周后生活质量评分,应对方式评分,疾病不确定感评分,自我效能评分,希望水平评分均优于护理前(P<0.05)。护理2周后对比,结果是观察组护理满意度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胃癌切除术患者联合实施心理护理,健康教育,可提高生活质量,应对方式,疾病不确定感,自我效能,希望水平,可提高护理满意度,临床应用价值显著。Objective To explore the effects of psychological nursing and health education on postoperative quality of life in patients with laparoscopic gastric cancer.Methods From December 2022 to February 2024,62 patients with laparoscopic gastrectomy were selected for clinical study,and the cases were divided into 31 cases by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was combined with psychological nursing and health education.The scores of quality of life,coping style,uncertainty of disease,self-efficacy,hope level and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing of the two groups were statistically analyzed and compared.Results Before nursing,the quality of life score,coping style score,disease uncertainty score,self-efficacy score and hope level score of the two groups were compared,and the result was(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of nursing,the results showed that the quality of life score,coping style score,disease uncertainty score,self-efficacy score and hope level score in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing and 2 weeks after nursing,the results showed that after 2 weeks of nursing,quality of life score,coping style score,disease uncertainty score,self-efficacy score and hope level score were better than before nursing(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of nursing,the nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined implementation of psychological nursing and health education can improve the quality of life,coping style,disease uncertainty,self-efficacy,hope level,and nursing satisfaction in patients with laparoscopic gastric cancer resection,and has significant clinical application value.
